• Java runtime: JDK1.5 or lower.
• A TCP/IP network connection

Installing SDD:

1. Unzip the downloaded file in a local directory, for example, c:\sdd.
2. Add c:\sdd\lib\its.app.jar to your classpath environment variable.
3. View the change history.

Using SDD:

1. Use existing SDD streams with an SDD Receiver
2. Organize a distributed SDD stream with the Redistributor component
3. Create new SDD streams with the SDDTransmitter base class
4. Create new SDD streams with the SDDTranslator program
